Marco Bruzzano has extensive experience in the call center industry, currently serving as Supervisore call center at Nethex since October 2020. Prior to this role, Marco worked at AlmavivA for over eleven years, where responsibilities included Team Leader for outbound projects with Wind3 and Poste Italiane, as well as serving as Formatore servizio clienti for Vodafone 190. Marco began the professional journey as an Operatore call center assisting customers on the Vodafone 190 inbound service.
