Prior to this role, Sławomir served as a Team Leader and Senior Software Developer at PGS Software S.A., managing agile teams and contributing to software projects, while also holding positions at dynamic BPM and Galkom Sp. z o.o. Sławomir's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Collegium Humanum, a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów.
