Hannah Gröndahl has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Hannah currently serves as the Head of Legal at Netigate, where they oversee all legal matters for the global SaaS group of companies. Their responsibilities include M&A, financing, commercial contracts, GDPR, HR matters, and compliance.

Prior to joining Netigate, Gröndahl worked as a Senior Associate / Advokat at Advokatfirman Delphi, where they specialized in M&A, investments, and VC. Hannah also gained valuable experience at Byström Rooth & Partners Advokater (BR&P), a boutique transactional firm, where they focused on corporate, private equity, capital markets transactions, and banking & finance.

Gröndahl has also been involved in various non-profit organizations. Hannah served as a Board Member and held other roles at the Swedish Fulbright Alumni Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in Sweden (AmCham).

Early in their career, Gröndahl co-founded and served as a Co-president and Board Member of the Scandinavian Chapter of 85 Broads (now Ellevate), a global women's business network. Hannah also gained experience as a legal intern at EQT Partners, the leading private equity group in Northern Europe.

Overall, Gröndahl has extensive experience in legal matters across different industries and organizations, with expertise in M&A, investments, compliance, and corporate law.

Hannah Gröndahl completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and German at Princeton University from 2000 to 2004. In 2002 and 2003, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and studied International Relations, EU and IT Law, but did not obtain a degree. From 2004 to 2005, Hannah pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy/Ethics at Linköping University. Later on, they obtained an LLM (juristexamen) in Law from Stockholm University between 2009 and 2012.
