Kerri Wilson

Kerri Wilson has extensive experience in instructional system design, technical training, and courseware development. Kerri'smost recent position was as the Lead Instructional System Designer at NetImpact Strategies Inc., where they collaborated with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and create course content. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Courseware Developer at Sophos, where they designed and delivered technical training programs and developed computer-based training modules. Kerri also served as a Technical Training Specialist II at Harris Corporation, a Training Specialist II at GCE, and a Senior Training Specialist at Online Resources, where they developed and customized training programs, provided instructor-led and web-based training, and participated in cross-functional project teams. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Call Center Supervisor at Online Resources, managing the day-to-day activities of the customer care call center and providing coaching and support to staff.

Kerri Wilson completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Liberty University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended George Mason University from 1998 to 2000. Kerri completed their high school education at Centreville High School from 1994 to 1998.
