Sarah Robb

Sarah Robb has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah started their career as a work-study at the University of Detroit Mercy from 1991 to 1993. Sarah then worked as a Systems Analyst at NBD Bank, now known as BankOne, from 1995 to 1998, where they co-designed a cross-bank Court Accounting system using CICS/Java Gateway.

Sarah then joined Perot Systems in 1998 as a System Integrator, where they provided production support for Oracle eBusiness Suite and developed key profit and loss statements. Sarah continued working at Perot Systems as an Oracle DBA from 2002 to 2003, performing database administration in HP/UX and Windows 2000 environments.

From 2004 to 2008, Sarah worked at American Girl/Mattel, Inc. as a Database Specialist, providing production support for e-business applications. Sarah then joined Triton Systems of Delaware, LLC as an Oracle Database Administrator and Linux Administrator from 2008 to 2011, where they completed a plan to upgrade e-Business Suite.

In 2011, Sarah became an Oracle DBA at Globalstar and upgraded the e-Business Suite. Sarah then joined US Information Technologies Corporation as a Principal Engineer, where they coordinated with the client DBA/Operations team and developed processes within the EBS application. Sarah worked at US Information Technologies Corporation until 2018.

In 2019, Sarah worked briefly as a Development DBA at CACI International Inc before joining NetImpact Strategies Inc. as a Systems Support Team Lead. Their current role at NetImpact Strategies Inc. involves leading the Systems Support team.

Sarah Robb holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from the University of Detroit Mercy. Additionally, they have an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Science from Macomb Community College. Sarah has obtained various certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master and a Certified SAFe® Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Sarah is also a Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate and holds certifications in Power Platform Fundamentals, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Change Management Professional, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals DP-900, and Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 from Microsoft. Furthermore, Sarah is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and holds the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Sarah is also certified in ITIL V4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice and holds the Security+ certification from CompTIA. Sarah has additional certifications in ForgeRock Access Management Core Skills from ForgeRock and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow.
