Paul Hardwick

Paul Hardwick is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support within the IT industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at NetIQ since 2014, Paul focuses on enhancing the QA framework and test automation for Cloud Security Services as well as working on the SecureLogin and Advanced Authentication Framework products. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Novell from 2000 to 2014 in various senior engineering and technical support positions, including leading the installation and deployment of the GroupWise product suite and resolving critical issues for eDirectory. Additional experience includes implementing ZENworks at AXA Australia and providing desktop services at National Mutual. Paul holds a Bachelor of Information Systems equivalency from the University of Maryland Baltimore and has a strong foundation in Linux, Unix, and software deployment.
