Bill Zahller

Bill Zahller is a seasoned professional in multifamily real estate investment and aviation. As the Managing Partner at Park Capital Partners, LLC since January 2019, Bill focuses on helping busy professionals achieve passive income through strategic real estate investments. Bill founded Park Capital Properties, LLC in 2016, building on a foundation of real estate investment since 2004. In addition, Bill established the Asheville Multifamily Investment Club in May 2017, which fosters collaboration among investment-minded professionals. With a robust background as an International Captain with NetJets since December 1994, Bill boasts extensive experience in aviation, having held various leadership roles and certifications across multiple aircraft types. Bill is an alumnus of Wright State University.
