Matthew Altendorf

Matthew Altendorf, EdD, currently serves as Manager of Flight Center Training at NetJets, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Matthew worked at The Ohio State University for nearly a decade in various roles, including Manager of Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing strategic initiatives and resource allocation within the Department of Recreational Sports. Matthew's earlier positions include Staff Training & Development Coordinator, where over 900 student staff were trained, and Graduate Assistant in the Ohio Union, managing training programs and events for over 300 student employees. Matthew began a career in education as a High School Science Teacher with Teach For America and holds an EdD in Higher Education Administration from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Master’s Degree in the same field and a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University in International Relations.
