Francisco Balarezo

Francisco Balarezo has diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Francisco began in 2000 as the Founder and Executive Director of AEPROVI, an association focused on advancing the telecommunications and information technology sector in Ecuador. During this time, they played a key role in collaborating with authorities to create regulations and technical standards for services and promoting technological and commercial development. From 2000 to 2006, they also served as the President of AEPROVI. In 2010, Balarezo took on the role of General Manager of MEGADATOS S.A with the brand Netlife at Netlife Ecuador. Additionally, they became a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador in 2010, teaching in the Master's program for Information and Communication Technologies.

Francisco Balarezo holds a PhD in Administration and General Business Management from Universidad Benito Juarez. Francisco also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and General Business Management from IDE Business School. In addition, they have an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Escuela Politécnica Nacional.
