Jolein Hallegraeff

Jolein Hallegraeff is a talent manager at Netlight, starting in July 2024, and has previous experience as a client manager at Proxify from March 2023 to May 2024. Prior to that, Jolein worked at Mindler from September 2020 to March 2023 in roles that included talent acquisition coordinator and customer success. Jolein's earlier experience includes an internship at De Transformatie Groep in 2018, focusing on research about the future of leadership and the generation gap, with results published in Management Impact. Additionally, Jolein served as the committee chair for MSRV Saurus from September 2015 to September 2016, overseeing the organization of the introduction week for new students in Maastricht. Academic qualifications include a Master in Management from Lund University School of Economics and Management (2019-2020), a Master's degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University (2017-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Maastricht University (2013-2017).
