Noel Whitley

Noel Whitley has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Noel began their career as an Engineer at E-Systems in 1990 and later transitioned into the legal field. Noel worked as an Attorney at various law firms, including Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox and Antonelli, Terry, Stout & Kraus. In 1999, Whitley served as the General Counsel at Prism Parallel Technologies. Noel then joined Cooley Godward Kronish LLP as an Attorney in 2000. Whitley's career progressed into leadership roles, including Vice President of Intellectual Property at Broadcom Corporation from 2002 to 2010. In 2010, they founded Ladera Consulting, Inc., where they served as the President/CEO until 2013. Following that, Whitley became the Vice President of Intellectual Property & Licensing at Netlist, Inc, and in 2019, they assumed the position of General Counsel at Enevate Corporation.

Noel Whitley completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Texas A&M University. In 1989, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Noel later attended the University of Texas School of Law from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in Law.
