Arnold Rijpma completed their high school education at High School (HAVO) from 1982 to 1990. During this time, they studied subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, economics, English, and Dutch. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Business Economics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences between 1990 and 1996.
