Catalin Badea

Catalin Badea has a comprehensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Catalin started their career at Vodafone Romania in 2004, where they held various roles such as Customer Service Representative, Team Leader, and Project Manager. Catalin then joined tyntec in 2011, working their way up from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Business Line - A2P and Number Information Services. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of VP, A2P and Number Information. In 2020, Catalin joined netnumber Global Data Services as the Director of Product Management Data Services and later progressed to the role of Sr. Director and eventually VP, Product Management.

Catalin Badea pursued their undergraduate studies at Politehnica University in Bucharest, Romania. From 2003 to 2008, they successfully completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the Automatics and Computers Faculty.

After obtaining their undergraduate degree, Catalin Badea furthered their education at the National School of Political and Administrative Science in Bucharest, Romania. Catalin pursued a Master's degree in Management and Business Communication from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Catalin Badea obtained a certification as a Product Focus Certified Product Manager in July 2015 from the institution called Product Focus.
