Shilpi Sardana

Shilpi Sardana is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Netomi. Prior to this, they were with MyCityWay as Manager - Talent Acquisition & People Operations from July 2013 to December 2015. There, they were responsible for designing and developing global/standardised HR strategy and prioritising in support of the short-term and long-term enterprise and function goals in partnership with local business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: Organisational design, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning.

Before MyCityWay, Shilpi was with Xcelion Advisory Private Limited from June 2011 to July 2013 as an HRBP.

Shilpi Sardana holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PGDBM(HR) from the New Delhi Institute Of Management, and a B.A (Hons) in Psychology from Panjab University. Shilpi also has certification from LinkedIn in Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, from Greytip Software Pvt. Ltd. in GreytHR Certified Professional - Level 1, from hirist.com in Employer Branding Certification, and from hirist.com in Certified Technical Recruiter. In addition, they have certification from LinkedIn in Communicating In the Language of Leadership, People Analytics, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn Learning.
