Serhii Sauta

Serhii Sauta has a diverse work experience, starting as a web-developer when they were self-employed from 2002 to 2011. Serhii then worked as a Human Resources Development Manager at Intellect-Service, a national IT company, from November 2011 to September 2013. As an HR Director at Argest Digital LLC, they handled various HR responsibilities from October 2013 to January 2017. From January 2017 to October 2017, Serhii served as the Global Human Resources Director at Petrosoft LLC. Serhii then became the Head of HR at Intetics Inc. from December 2017 to February 2019. From April 2019 to September 2020, Serhii worked as an Agile HRD at HUBBER.PRO. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) at Netpeak Group, which they started in October 2021.

Serhii Sauta completed their Master's degree in Psychology at Kharkiv National Pedagogical University from 2011 to 2016.
