Cathrine Knag

Cathrine Knag is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer service. Currently, Cathrine serves as HR Manager at Netpower, a position held since May 2021, after working as an HR Consultant. Prior to this role, Cathrine worked at FinnPersonal AS from August 2019 to April 2021 as a Rådgiver, specializing in recruitment processes including candidate evaluation and onboarding. Earlier experience includes serving as a Kunderådgiver at SpareBank 1, where customer guidance and sales for various banking products were key responsibilities, and working as a Butikkmedarbeider at Gullsmedverksted, focusing on customer service and sales. Cathrine holds a Master’s degree in Change Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Stavanger.
