Erika Santiago

Erika Santiago is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as a People Operations Manager at Netradyne and previously at PetDx. Erika has also contributed to the field as a Group Fitness Instructor at Chuze Fitness and held various roles in human resources, including Human Resource Business Partner and Senior People Operations Specialist at Mitek Systems, as well as Human Resources Generalist, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant. Earlier in their career, Erika worked in human resources at California College San Diego as the Assistant to the Dean of Education. Erika holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
