Brooke Exley

Brooke Exley has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and people operations.

Brooke started their career in 2010 as an Account Management Intern at Mangos Agency. In 2011, they joined Forrester Construction Company as a Human Resources Coordinator / University Programs, where they worked until 2013.

In 2013, Brooke joined DFT (DuPont Fabros Technology) as a Human Resources Generalist and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Manager from February 2016 to February 2018.

In 2019, they joined Towne Park as a Total Rewards Manager before moving to Netrality Data Centers. At Netrality, they held various positions, starting as a Human Resources Manager in October 2019. Brooke was promoted to the role of Director, People Operations in January 2021, and currently holds the position of Vice President, People Operations since January 2023.

Brooke Exley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Marietta College. Brooke attended Marietta College from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they briefly studied General Studies at Stellenbosch University in 2009. Brooke Exley has also earned a certification as a Certified Rescue Scuba Diver from PADI; however, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
