Tom Pogacnik

Tom Pogacnik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. As the Managing Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Netrex Capital Markets, LLC since May 2022, Tom leads a practice that helps owner-operated and family-owned businesses develop growth and exit strategies through a tailored and confidential advisory process. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Business Owner Mentor at Saranac Group from February 2020 to May 2022, and held the position of Managing Director at Sperry, Mitchell & Company for nearly 15 years. Earlier in the career, Tom was Vice President at Johnsen, Fretty & Company from June 1998 to March 2005. Tom Pogacnik graduated from Gettysburg College in 1998 and attended New Canaan High School, graduating in 1994.
