Josie Verchota

Josie Verchota (Schieffert), PHR, is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Netrio since February 2025. Prior to this role, Josie held the position of People Operations Manager at SUCCESS Computer Consulting from November 2020 to February 2025, where responsibilities included fostering employee engagement and supporting organizational growth through technology. Additionally, Josie contributed to the success of August Schell Brewing Company as a Marketing Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator, and gained early experience in retail and human resources through various roles at A to Zinnia Floral and Gifts and BMS Intermediaries, Inc. Josie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College and has further education from the University of Wollongong.
