Keith Chong

Keith Chong has extensive work experience in product management and program management roles. Keith is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at NETS since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Ant Group as a Senior Product Manager for Alipay+ from August 2021 to March 2022. Before that, Keith worked at Maybank, where they held the position of Product - QRPay from August 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at EY, where they served as an Advisory (FSO) in Program Management from April 2018 to August 2018 and in Merger & Acquisition from October 2017 to April 2018. Keith started their career at Citi as a Management Associate in October 2013 and subsequently held roles as a Treasury Product Manager (January 2017 to October 2017) and Debit Card & Transactional Services Product Manager (November 2015 to January 2017).

Keith Chong obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis & Managerial Studies from Rice University. Keith attended Rice University from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Keith Chong has obtained several certifications. These certifications include: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2023; Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera, obtained in June 2021; Model Thinking from Coursera, obtained in April 2020; Introduction to Mathematical Thinking from Coursera, obtained in February 2020; and Certified Financial Planner from CFP Board, obtained in March 2018.
