Ulrich Seega

Ulrich Seega is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in talent assessment, executive search, and media journalism. Currently serving as the Managing Director at SANDPartners since 2019, Ulrich focuses on enhancing corporate performance through talent excellence. Additionally, Ulrich holds roles as a Venture Partner at EMV Capital, Senior Advisor at Areté Ventures, and Freeman at the Worshipful Company of Insurers. Previous experience includes managing director positions at Schonhofer and extensive work in international executive search and talent advisory from 2007 to 2016. Ulrich began a career in journalism with significant roles at WDR and as a multimedia journalist between 1993 and 2003. Educational credentials include a Leadership Coaching Program from IESE Business School and a degree in Sports Science, Media & Communications from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.
