Alex Ivanov has over two decades of experience in sales engineering and technical account management, primarily within the communications sector. Since April 2012, Alex has been with NETSCOUT, focusing on public sector and communications service providers, leading sales engineering efforts, and specializing in areas such as AIOps, observability, user experience, and DDoS protection across the US, Canada, and Europe. Prior to NETSCOUT, Alex worked as a sales engineer at VSS Monitoring and previously held roles at Empirix as both a sales engineer and software engineer, contributing to synthetic traffic generation platforms and communications systems. Alex’s career began at Comverse, where software engineering of interactive voice response systems was a primary focus. Alex holds a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and is a graduate of Andover High School.
