Flavia de Ferra is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Senior Manager for South Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at NETSCOUT since July 2015, Flavia has a strong background in strategic HR support and employee relations gained during previous roles at Tektronix Communications as South EMEA Human Resources Manager and World Wide Sales HR Business Partner, and at Tektronix as Human Resources Manager for Italy, France, and Spain. Flavia's earlier career includes significant HR management positions at Necsy Network Control Systems and PAM Group. Flavia holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Padova and a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
