Mike Ratzlaff

Mike Ratzlaff has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as VP Engineering at NetScout Systems since 2008. Throughout a distinguished career, Mike has held various leadership positions, including VP Service Provider Product Management and Engineering Quality and VP Engineering Quality at NetScout Systems. Prior to this, Mike was Vice President of Engineering Quality at Network General, and held director roles in QA at Riverstone Networks and Jetstream Communications. Mike’s career began at Computer Associates as a Software QA Engineer, followed by significant roles at 3Com as Director of Platform Development and at CoSine as Director of Board Development, showcasing a strong background in technology and product management.
