Rastislav Benus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Services Operations for EMEA-EAST at NETSCOUT since July 2015. Previously, Rastislav held various positions at Tektronix from January 2005, including Manager of the Service & Delivery team, Program Manager for Service & Delivery, and Senior System Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring high-quality support services and SLA fulfillment to coordinating complex program implementations.
