Rima Basu Ali

Rima Basu Ali is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Netscribes since February 2025, Rima previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at CLR Facility Services Pvt Ltd for a brief period in 2024. Rima's tenure at Netscribes also includes roles as Group Manager HR and HR Manager from December 2016 to July 2024. Earlier experiences include serving as Assistant Manager HR at Real Time Data Services, an Assistant Program Manager - HR at Microsoft India, and holding HR roles at GKB Lens Pvt Ltd and GPT Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
