Frank Kirkeng

Frank Kirkeng is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in operations management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Head of Digital Security Services at Netsecurity, Frank previously held the position of IT Operations Manager at Netsecurity AS from December 2019 to December 2024. Frank's experience includes roles such as Staff Officer and Chief of Secure Platform Services at the Norwegian Cyber Force, where advisory capacities encompassed strategy, organizational development, and leadership. Additional roles involved management of server and network operations at various organizations, including Det Digitale Vestre Agder and the Norwegian Armed Forces Cyber Defence. Frank's educational background includes degrees in Computer Operations and IT from HTFS/E and the University of Agder, respectively.
