Janett Nichol is an award-winning executive with over 30 years of diverse experience in fashion and athletic sportswear. Currently serving as Vice President of Apparel Innovation at Nike since June 1993, Janett has consistently driven growth in gross margin, profit, and revenue through the creation and design of industry-first signature apparel. Notable achievements include redefining the Men’s training category, managing creative direction for multiple sports teams and athletes, and leading teams in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior experience includes positions at adidas, where Janett established the U.S. sportswear division and contributed to product design and merchandising. Education includes studies at Northwestern University, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Seneca Polytechnic.
