Rik Vandevenne

Rik Vandevenne has over 18 years of experience in the private equity and venture capital industries. Rik began their career in 2003 as Managing Director of RC Capital, a growth stage private equity fund. In 2008, they joined the Board of Directors for the Council for Entrepreneurial Development. In 2010, they became a Director for Univa UD. In 2012, they joined the Board of Directors for ABT Molecular Imaging. In 2014, they joined the Board of Directors for Continuity Control. In 2015, they joined the Board of Directors for Advanced Practice Strategies and the Board of Observers for Veran Medical Technologies. In 2019, they joined the Board of Directors for Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. and in 2021, Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. was sold to HillRom for $375M plus earnouts. Rik also currently serves as a Board Director for Netsertive.

Rik Vandevenne attended Vanderbilt University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BME in Mechanical Engineering. Rik then attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an MBA.
