Joe Topinka

Joe Topinka is the Founder and CEO of CIO Mentor since 2001 and the author of "IT Business Partnerships: A Field Guide." Currently serving as Board Member Emeritus of the Business Relationship Management Institute, Joe advocates for the advancement of Business Relationship Management globally. As CEO and Board Chair of Advanity Technologies since May 2022, Joe leads a global IT services and consulting company focused on long-term relationships. In the role of CxO Advisor at Netskope, Joe contributes to cybersecurity solutions, while also advising AgenticLabs.io on strategic growth and AI development. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Information Security Officer at Fortalice Solutions, Chief Information Officer at Snap One, and VP of Multichannel Commerce & Chief Information Officer at Red Wing Shoe Co. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
