Karthik Chandran

Karthik Chandran is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in cloud security and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Support at Netskope since August 2016, Karthik has previously held positions including Technical Support Manager and Cloud Security Support Engineer. Prior to Netskope, Karthik worked at Cisco Systems from August 2011 to July 2016 as a Customer Support Engineer, providing support on Cisco ACS, NAC, ISE, and AAA products. Karthik's earlier roles include Escalation Lead at CSS Corp, where technical support was provided for Juniper SBR, UAC, and WX products, and Software Engineer at Keane, focusing on remote infrastructure support and vulnerability assessments. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, obtained in 2007.
