Ritesh Sharma

Ritesh Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Cloud Support Engineer at Netskope since June 2021, Ritesh has progressed through roles including Senior Cloud Support Engineer and Cloud Support Engineer. Prior to this, Ritesh worked at Aryaka Networks as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, specializing in SD-WAN support and troubleshooting network issues. Ritesh's earlier experience includes significant roles at Altran, where expertise in routing, switching, and team training was developed, along with foundational IT skills at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. Ritesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Sai University and a Networking certification from Network Bulls.
