Steve Riley

Steve Riley serves as the Vice President and Field CTO at Netskope since March 2021, bringing extensive expertise in cloud security and technology education. In addition, Steve is an Associate Faculty member at the City University of Seattle, teaching courses on network security, systems security, and cloud computing and security. Prior experience includes roles at Gartner as a Senior Director and Analyst focused on cloud security, where significant research contributions were made, notably in the areas of cloud access security brokers and zero trust network access. Additional professional background includes positions at Riverbed Technology, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft, culminating in a robust career spanning various leadership and analytical roles in technology and information security. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from The Ohio State University.
