Andrew Mersman

Andrew Mersman, MBA, MS, LPC, currently serves as Vice President of Sales Enablement at Netsmart, a position held since January 2013, where oversight of cross-functional teams focuses on the development and deployment of seven unique SaaS-based EHR solutions. Previously, Andrew held the role of Manager of Solution Consulting at Defran Systems from June 2010 to December 2012, guiding EHR solution development and strategic sales initiatives prior to the company’s acquisition by Netsmart. Earlier experience includes serving as Performance Improvement Compliance Manager at YOUTH VILLAGES, INC., where key projects for EHR compliance were managed across multiple states. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Emporia State University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Freed-Hardeman University, and a Master's Degree in Community Agency Counseling from the University of Memphis.
