Jenifer Baird

Jenifer Baird is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and commercial strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Sales Enablement and Marketing at Smile Digital Health since January 2023. In this role, Jenifer is responsible for aligning the commercial strategy for both sales and marketing teams, ensuring consistent messaging through cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Jenifer held positions at Amazon as Sales Enablement Strategy Leader, where responsibilities included training enterprise and customer success sales teams, and at GE Healthcare as Executive Director of National Accounts, focusing on client collaboration and partnership development.
