Carolyn Yates, CSM, is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Operations Manager at Netsmart since July 2018, Carolyn has successfully implemented Program Increment Planning and optimized resources through technology innovations. Prior to this role, Carolyn was a Release Manager at Change Healthcare, where responsibilities included scheduling and managing application releases. Carolyn's career began as a Software Engineer at CIS and advanced through a Senior Software Engineer position at McKesson, focusing on high availability solutions for critical applications. Carolyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, attained from 1989 to 1993.
