Kayla Hickey

Kayla Hickey is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of the Engineering PMO at Netsmart since June 2013. Kayla's career at Netsmart has progressed through various leadership roles, including Director and Senior Manager. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Notre Dame as a Research Assistant and Collaborative Learning Leader, along with a stint as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Science Preprofessional Studies and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2013, following high school graduation from Holy Family Catholic High School in 2009.
