Pepper Pancoast

Pepper Pancoast is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Netsmart, Pepper previously held multiple roles at Cerner Corporation, including Software Engineering Manager, Team Lead, and Software Engineer, as well as a Velocity Software Intern. Additionally, Pepper gained valuable experience as a Community Advisor at the University of Missouri. An alumnus of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Pepper earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 2009 to 2014.
