Bob Kusumoto

Bob Kusumoto has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of DevOps and systems administration. Bob most recently worked at Netspend as a DevOps Engineer starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Global Payments and TSYS as a DevOps professional for Netspend from September 2019 to April 2023. From 2015 to 2018, Bob worked at NTT DATA Services as a Systems Administration Principal Consultant. Before that, they were a Senior Unix Administrator at Insight Global in 2015, responsible for UNIX/Linux administration and technical lead in a datacenter environment. Bob also served as a Network Administrator at Liquidation Channel in 2014, managing office IT infrastructure and improving fault tolerance and PCI security compliance. Bob has experience in network operations and commissioning, having worked at Ericsson and Clearwire from 2011 to 2013 and 2010 to 2011, respectively. At Clearwire, Bob was also an acting supervisor for a team of 130 people across multiple locations. Bob'searlier experience includes a role as a Commissioning Technician at Convergenz and Datacenter/Network Administrator at Razorstream.

Bob Kusumoto earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 1985 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Bob has obtained several certifications. These include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in February 2021. Bob also completed the RPT Training: Vault Fundamentals course offered by River Point Technology in July 2021. Furthermore, Bob is a Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner, having received this certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021.
