Courtney Young has a diverse work experience with different companies. Courtney worked as a Customer Experience Manager at NetSpend from June 2016 to present. Before that, they were a Disputes Supervisor at NetSpend, a TSYS Company, starting from April 2014. Prior to their roles at NetSpend, they worked at Total Merchant Services as a Lead Risk Investigator from November 2007 to May 2013. Courtney was also a Flight Attendant at SkyWest Airlines from January 2007 to November 2007, and a Front Desk Associate at Marriott Residence Inn from January 2005 to August 2006.

Courtney Young obtained their high school diploma from Windsor High School in the years 1997 to 2001. Following their high school education, they pursued an Associate's Degree in General Studies at Front Range Community College from 2007 to 2011.
