Duane Decapite

Duane DeCapite possesses extensive experience in product management within the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Product Management at NetSPI since February 2024. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at VMware Tanzu, where Duane managed the DevSecOps platform and led the team to a leadership position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Container Management. Additional experience spans director-level positions at companies such as N-able, where Duane was instrumental in the company's IPO, and NetFoundry, achieving significant sales growth. With a foundational career at Cisco and IBM, Duane has a proven track record of execution across various product lifecycles, from conception through to launch and customer adoption, complemented by education from North Carolina State University and advanced degrees from Stanford University and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
