Chitra Swaminathan

Chitra Swaminathan is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations and compensation management, currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at NetSuite since November 2017. In this role, Chitra supports quota, capacity, and territory planning for over 3,000 sales teams across North America, EMEA, JAPAC, and LATAM, and designs and manages sales compensation plans.
