Jill Beasley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and information technology. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success Enablement at Oracle NetSuite since June 2018, Jill is responsible for leading global enablement programs focused on hiring, training, and upskilling team members in the implementation and support of NetSuite ERP. Prior to this role, Jill worked for Community Brands as the Consulting Practice Director from January 2009 to April 2018, where the focus was on enhancing business processes for associations and non-profits through the implementation of database software. Jill's early career included a significant tenure at AeA, managing multiple teams and overseeing strategic IT initiatives as Vice President of Information Technology from February 1990 to October 2008. Jill has pursued education at San Jose State University, Multnomah University, West Valley College, and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Los Gatos High School.
