Al Kingsley has been in the EdTech industry for over 30 years, beginning in 1991 as an EdTech Advisor, Author and Speaker. In 1992, they became the Managing Director of NetSupport Software Limited and in 2014, the Chair of the HAMPTON ACADEMIES TRUST. Al then joined the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA) in 2021 as an Executive Council (Board) Member and Chair of the EdTech Special Interest Group. In 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member for Natterhub, Pickatale - read, listen and learn!, and Persona Education. In 2020, they joined the Thomas Deacon Education Trust as the Academy Chair and in 2021, they became the CEO of NetSupport Inc.

Al Kingsley has an education history that includes attending The Leys and The Leys School, Cambridge. Al has also obtained a number of certifications from Microsoft, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), University of Cambridge, EPM Education Personnel Management, and CPD Certified - Virtual College.
