Jim Flynn has a long and varied work experience. Jim began their career in 1975 as the Owner/CEO of High Grade Marketing, Inc., where they built an independent Manufacturers Rep agency concentrating in the Automotive Aftermarket and maintained and grew multi-million dollar annual sales for 30 years. In 2006, they became VP of NYSYS Broadband, where they were instrumental in the start up of the company, assembling the partners and identifying the initial funding source. Jim also became VP of Operations at NYSYS Technologies, where they oversaw business operations, worked on business development, and identified and captured lucrative "third party" contracts. In 2008, they returned to Netsville, Inc. as VP of Operations, where they identified and worked out a strategic plan leading to the acquisition of an ISP and a Data Center, and successfully assimilated both businesses on Netsville's platform. From 2012-2014, they worked as a consultant for East House, completing full implementation of a business plan to develop an affirmative business for East House clients. In 2014, they became a Referral Partner for Windstream Communications, facilitating the connections between business people desiring high quality, reasonably priced ISP solutions with a nationwide provider. In 2015, they became VP of Business Development/Internet Property Management at Netsville/An Internet Property Management Company, and also became an Independent Representative for Preferred Shipping.
Jim Flynn attended the E. Philip Saunders College of Business from 2007 to 2008, Ten Alum from 2008 to 2009, and Rochester Institute of Technology from 1966 to 1968, where they studied Business.
