Hayley Norwood

Hayley Norwood has over 17 years of work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of People Operations at Nettwerk Music Group since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of People Operations at the same company from February 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Nettwerk Music Group, Hayley worked at Briteweb as the Director of Operations from March 2018 to February 2019, HR & Operations Manager from February 2016 to March 2018, and Operations Coordinator from May 2015 to February 2016. Hayley also has experience as an Implementation Specialist at Western Propeller/AeroParts Plus from July 2013 to May 2015 and as a Teachers' College Coordinator at YYoga from April 2011 to March 2012. Hayley began their career at Nettwerk Music Group, where they worked as an Assistant Artist Manager/Executive Assistant from April 2007 to March 2012, a Receptionist from November 2006 to April 2007, and a Business Affairs Intern from September 2006 to November 2006. Prior to that, they served as an Office Manager at Pilates West Vancouver Workout Centre from January 2002 to July 2006.

Hayley Norwood attended Capilano University from 2003 to 2004, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Following a brief hiatus, they returned to Capilano University in 2006 and completed their studies in Arts and Entertainment Management in 2007, earning an Advanced Certificate.
