Adolfo García González

Adolfo García González has six years of professional experience. Adolfo began their career in 2010 as a Java Programmer at Medtronic Ibérica S.A. Later that year, they provided assistance in the update to Moodle 2.0 platform at ESDITRA S.A. In 2013, they worked as a Big Data Software Engineer at GFT, where they were responsible for technical analysis, design and development of components, unitary and functional testing design and development, leading SIT and UAT meetings, and technical documentation. In 2011, they worked as a Java Senior Developer at V.O. CONSULTING S.L., where they developed for an ad-hoc Java based architecture, designed and implemented projects for financial markets, and performed functional testing. In 2014, they started working at Banco de España as a Software Engineer, where they improved the SDLC build and release processes, developed a Gradle plugin, provided assistance for enterprise SCM upgrading, and lead the implementation of agile and collaborative practices in the IT department. Currently, they work as a DevOps Engineer at NetVirta, Inc.

Adolfo García González completed a degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2010. Adolfo then attended Universidade Federal de Itajubá for a degree in Ciencia da Computaçao from 2010 to 2011. From 2008 to 2009, they studied Computer Science at Reykjavik University. Additionally, they obtained a Cloud Engineering with Google Cloud Specialization from Coursera in May 2020, and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in July 2015.
