Sergii Malikhatko

Sergii Malikhatko has over 14 years of work experience, with a diverse background in law and legal department management. Sergii currently holds the position of Head of Legal Department at Netwave LLC since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ABB for 11 years as a Lawyer, where they were responsible for managing contractual procedures, supporting litigation procedures, and conducting legal and compliance checks for external partners.

Before their time at ABB, Sergii worked as a Senior Executive at the State Committee for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March 2008 to March 2009. Sergii also served as a Lawyer at the Insurance Company with additional liability "RST" from September 2006 to September 2007.

Throughout their career, Sergii has gained extensive experience in legal affairs, contract management, litigation support, and regulatory policy.

Sergii Malikhatko completed their Specialist degree in Finances from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they also received their Specialist degree in Law from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a focus on Jurisprudence.
