Microsoft Dynamics Senior CRM Support Specialist at Netways

Ghayath Albodone has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they joined COMATEC as a Senior Technician, where they were responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining telecommunication installations, as well as handling fiber optics, cabling, antennas, telecommunication towers, and microwave links. In 2017, Albodone moved to OGERO as an IT Help Desk Support/IT Engineer, troubleshooting workstations, printers, network devices, and circuits. Ghayath later became a Customer Support Representative Supervisor, overseeing and assessing a team of 14 agents and managing daily operations. Currently, Albodone works at Netways as a Microsoft Dynamics Senior CRM Support Specialist, utilizing their expertise in CRM applications, customization, configuration, and providing first-line support to end users. Ghayath is also involved in configuring, deploying, and testing Dynamics 365 and developing technical solutions for the CRM user base.

Ghayath Albodone holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from AUL, which they pursued from 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from AUL - Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Before joining AUL, Ghayath attended Lebanese University - IUT from 2013 to 2015, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In terms of certifications, Ghayath obtained several from LinkedIn, including "Customer Service: Managing Customer Feedback," "Managing a Customer Service Team," "Networking Foundations: Servers," "Time Management Tips," and "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts." These certifications were acquired in 2021, primarily in the months of April and May.
